Our Fleet Management software is all you need to help you manage all your transportation vehicles and its expenses. The software has the following features:
Fleet
- Manage all of your vehicles including registration date, license, make, model, year, supplier, book value, etc…
- Manage all services for each vehicle parameter based such as tires, tachometer, MOT, service, fuel, etc…
- Manage the association of vehicles and drivers
- Easily change driver of car to keep up to date
- Create associations for GPS device with SIM card and car and drivers
Expenses
- Add gas receipts of all cars including current odometer
- Add all car expenses such as tires, service, MOT categorizing each type of expense
- Upload with excel the SIM card charges from telecommunication provider
Monitoring/Notifications
- Based on expenses entry, system will automatically calculate next date for vehicle maintenance (service, MOT, tyres, gas entry, etc….)
- Dashboard to view all cars in one page and their alerts, current book value and expenses
- Automatically send email and/or SMS to driver and/or management on next action to be taken
GPS/Location
- Create routes for each driver based on your customer’s locations
- Integrate with your GPS provider’s software to track the exact location LIVE
- Optimize your route by sorting customers by route in sequence
- Print/Export list of all of your customers by route
- Integrate customer locations with Google Maps to get a better visual of the route
Reports
- Options to view reports by driver, vehicle, make, model, route, etc…
- Run profit/loss reports for each car and compare with other makes/models
- We can customize any report you require
- Export reports in PDF and/or Excel formats
General Settings
- Parameter Based – manageable by anybody without IT knowledge simple settings such as email, contact details, towns, qualifications, courses, locations and more
- User types – Read only users and administrators
- Accessible in multiple languages such as English, Greek and Russian
- Compatible on all Windows computers and tablets and devices
- Does not require server or expensive architecture

Saturday: 7:00 – 12:00
